A Frightfully Good Evening

In preparation for Halloween, Brooks Restaurant completely transformed for the spooky season, serving deliciously ghoulish gastronomy to devilish diners.

Decorated with everything Halloween-themed, from pumpkins, to dismembered zombie hands, to cauldrons brimming with spiders, the restaurant was fit for a frightfully good evening. The ornate tables teased a menu of dishes like ‘Dracula’s salad of blood oranges, heritage beetroots, whipped Golden cross goats cheese, and truffle oil’, and ‘Hells fire seabass with black and orange tagliatelle’.

Restaurant Manager Jamie Chantry, and his team of Catering students and staff, worked tirelessly, creating delicious plates of food, and delicately decorating ghost and pumpkin shaped desserts. The evening was a true team effort, with the servers for the evening, also Catering students, transformed by Beauty Therapy students into skeletons and zombies. The restaurant was set for an excellent feast.

The evening served a full house of 70 delighted guests who had a wonderful time- Halloween was in full swing.
