Book Review: Fingersmith

I read this after being recommended it by a friend. Initially I was not hopeful. I didn’t really like the style and thought it was a bit “naff”. However, trusting my friend’s recommendation, I persevered as was more than rewarded. The story was gripping and the twists in the tale had me gasping out loud in surprise. As the story developed I found I really cared about the characters and could not wait to find out how the situations they found themselves in would be resolved…I DEFINITELY recommend this book!
