Will you be my Valentine?

Diners in Brooks Restaurant enjoyed a tasty three-course meal a day in advance of Valentine’s Day and were treated to a choice of three sweet treats for dessert.

With chicken, fish and a vegetarian asparagus tagliatelle on the menu, Catering & Hospitality students went above and beyond in delivering professional table service with a smile.

Diners were spoilt for choice with three delicious desserts, finishing off the night with a tough choice of strawberry iced parfait heart (with pavlova kisses), fruit soufflé with champagne sorbet, or an indulgent white chocolate air with brandy gel, rose water squares and vanilla crumb.

On Wednesday 13th March, customers in Brooks Restaurant will get a taste of Irish tradition, hosting a St. Patricks themed dinner menu. You can now reserve a table by emailing restaurant@brooklands.ac.uk.
