The Craft Guild of Chefs Regional Semi Finals

On Friday 14th June Brooklands College hosted The Craft Guild of Chefs (CGC Graduate Awards Regional) Semi Finals. This involved a written exam, a skills test and creating a course menu (amongst other things) from a mystery basket.

Steve Munkley, the chairman of the CGC, expressed how happy he was with all the help and support from the College – with Chef Nigel overseeing all of this.

Brooklands College was delighted to host this event and it a great experience for our learners and tutors. The kitchens were extremely busy with all chefs totally focused on their task – it was lively and inspiring to watch!
