Teacher Conference – Teachers Talking 2018
Published on 12.07.2018Today we hosted a teacher conference as part of our Teaching, Learning & Assessment Week which was an opportunity for teachers to get together and talk about their own and other’s teaching strategies. In the morning staff visited other departmental displays and talked to each other about what they did this year.
The afternoon was spent looking at teaching theories and writing down their collaborative thoughts.
Amanda Wayling, Head of Professional Development and Media Lecturer organised the event and said “It was a fascinating day discussing teaching and learning and developing our professional practice.” Amanda also produced a film giving our teachers a chance to talk about their experiences of teaching.
