As part of their ‘Recruitment and Selection’ unit, students have been conducting practice interviews with their peers in order to understand good interview techniques within an organisation.
The students researched how companies recruit staff as well as the legislations that they must adhere to. They were also tasked to produce a set of documents for a specific job, including a CV and covering letter.

The knowledge and planning that was completed within this assignment culminated in using these transferrable skills and, for some, the first opportunity of being interviewed formally.
