National Hair & Beauty Success

On Monday 16th March 2020, Brooklands College Level 2 & Level 3 Hairdressing and Theatrical, Special Effects, Hair & Media Make-up students competed at The Blackpool Hairdressing Competitions 2020. Governed by the National Hair & Beauty Federation, the annual competition was held at The Winter Gardens in Blackpool. 

Keen to continue our success in the Avant Garde Fantasy section, the Level 3 learners once again swept the board for Brooklands College, taking all top 7 places!

3rd Place – Chloe Morris
4th Place – Lydia Derrick 
5th Place – Jesse Whitman 
Joint 6th Place – Tiffany Milner, Molly Alexander & Amelia Loveall
7th Place – Georgina Clark

Following on from our in-house competition other students were also excited to showcase their creative work. As a College first, the  Level 2 learners competed in the Hair-Up portion of the competition and did amazingly well coming in the top 10 for each category.
