Two Brooklands students progress…

There was a healthy taste of competition in the London regional heat of the Guild of Bricklayers competition last week as two Brooklands College students cemented their names at the top of the winners’ podium.

NVQ level 3 student Luke Neville, an apprentice for Lee Marley Brickwork, won the senior category whilst level 3 Bricklaying student claimed third place.

In the Junior Category, apprentice George Berg occupied top spot and another Lee Marley Brickwork apprentice, Toby Forbes, finished closely behind in second.

Congratulations to all students for taking part and for working very hard. Luke and George will represent #TeamBrooklands in their respective categories in the national final of the competition, being held on 20th June at Liverpool College.
