Government Funding Success!

Brooklands College is delighted to announce that we have been successful in gaining a share of the Department for Education’s  Further Education Capital Transformation Fund. This funding will be used to redevelop the college’s estate and make a positive transformation ensuring that we provide quality standards of learning to all of our students. 

We have been working on plans to better utilise our campus grounds and maximise the potential of our spaces. The government is commited to upgrading and transforming the FE college estate over the next 5 years. The programme aims to ‘ensure FE colleges have the buildings and facilities they need to support the skills needs of their local labour market, building strong relationships with local employers.’ Funding has been awarded to UK college’s who gained a successful bid to ‘contribute to local economic regeneration and the levelling up of skills and opportunities across the country.’

We are excited to be able to access this funding in order to help us support the local community and deliver education to all.
