Catering students excel at Salon Culinaire 2018

Once again catering students had a brilliant day at the annual Salon Culinaire competition at Hotelympia at Excel London. Students achieved four gold awards in the Senior classes and a further two silver, eight bronze and eight merit awards across all classes. We are very proud of the performance of our students who consistently achieve high standards. Please come and see their work at the Sugarcraft Show in the Brooks Restaurant on Tuesday 1st May 10.00am – 7.30pm.
