Brooks Restaurant set for a taste of Irish

Brooks Restaurant is set to host a St. Patrick’s Day themed menu on Wednesday 13th March and Thursday 14th March.

The restaurant is now fully booked for Wednesday evening but there is still some available tables for Thursday evening if you book now.

With a tasty trio of choices for starters, main course and dessert, enjoy a delicious three-course meal with an Irish twist in the soothing low-lit Brooks Restaurant for just £18.95 per diner.

With table service and a fully licensed bar, the restaurant is located on the picturesque grounds of the Weybridge campus and opens on Wednesday and Thursday evening from 6pm. Brooks Restaurant is open to the public and is also open at lunchtimes on Thursdays and Fridays from 12pm, with the last sitting at 1:30pm.

Starters

Cream potato soup, roasted garlic, Kilree gold and nutmeg croutons

Potted smoked trout, poached egg, toasted soda bread and watercress

Traditional corned beef, piccalilli, toasted sour dough bread

Main Course

Steamed salmon, sauté potatoes, cucumber, parmentier sauce and deep fried oyster

Classic Irish stew with pickled red cabbage

Collar bacon, cabbage, and Champ & parsley sauce

Fried Parsnip dumplings, walnuts spinach, marjoram and Irish Gabriel cheese

Desserts

Irish apple shortbread with Yellowman ice cream

Chocolate and Guinness mousse with aerated chocolate, crunchy crumb
