We are delighted to welcome customers back to our professional hair & beauty salon and training restaurant. Treat yourself to a new look or dine in style! 

In accordance with government guidelines, the restaurant and the salon have taken special measures to ensure the safety of our students, staff and customers. The experience may be a little different, however we are confident that you will still love our fine cuisines and luxury treatments.

NOTE: Please DO NOT visit the salon or restaurant if you have any symptoms of concern.

Inspire Academy
Level 2 Hairdressing students are pleased to welcome clients back to the salon. The students have been delivering cut & blow dries as well as updating skin tests.

All clients have been very happy to be back having services with us, they have adapted well to the changes in place. They have all left happy with the services they have received and rebooked for further services.

The students are doing extremely well to adhere to the new government and industry regulations to ensure the safety of all during each appointment.

New Regulations

• Services are only available with our hair and beauty students at the current time as we are unable to reopen with our hair stylist.
• Please arrive at your appointment time and not before.
• We will have to ask you to wait outside and then we will show you straight through to your stylist/therapist.
• Please come to your appointment alone.
• Please bring minimal personal items with you and no shopping bags.
• You will be required to wear a mask throughout your service.
• We will be required to take your temperature and personal details on arrival for our test and trace records.
• Beverages will be available in disposable cups.
• No Magazines will be available.

COMING SOON: We are excited to announce that our new Hair & Beauty salon will be opening in the new year! Located on Ashford High Street, this will be an ideal spot for clients to receive luxury treatments by our students in training.

Brooks Restaurant
Our on-site training restaurant, Brooks Restaurant opened its doors for the first time this academic year. Diners were treated to exquisite food at the soft opening occasion.

Special regulations were put in place to ensure the safety of all and the Catering & Hospitality students did a fantastic job with the new format.

New Regulations

• We are operating on a reduced capacity so booking early is recommended  
• As you enter the restaurant, please only use the main outside entrance.
• Use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the restaurant.
• Write down your details or use the NHS Track & Trace app as shown at the entrance.
• Please remain seated at the table for the duration of your meal.
• If using the toilet, please wear a face covering and follow the one-way system.
• Use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the toilet.
• When you have finished your meal with us, please leave the restaurant using the fire door exit.
