With the academic year drawing to a close, this is a special time of year for many as we celebrate the hard work and successes of our students and staff. Our annual Passing Out Parade returns, this year with a special guest of honour in Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Cressida Dick.
With guests arriving promptly in Reception at 5pm, students will embark on their march shortly before 5:30pm, with our special Guest of Honour standing to salute before inspecting the parade.
Christine Ricketts, Interim Principal at Brooklands College, will welcome guests and introduce our Guest of Honour, Cressida Dick at around 5:50pm. A total of 12 awards will be presented to students by the Public Services team following this.
Cressida Dick will then be invited to address students and guests, delivering a motivational speech about Policing. Students will then branch off into three ranks, marching off up the drive way of the Weybridge campus grounds towards the front gate. At this point, remaining students, families and guests are invited to line the driveway to cheer leaving students from the College.
