About this course

You will study for a Level 2 course and will be supported to:

• Develop Industry Relevant Practical Skills and Technical Knowledge 
• Engage in Relevant Industry Work Experience 
• Develop Industry-relevant English, Maths and Digital Skills
• Develop Employability Skills, Attitudes, Confidence and Behaviours
• Learn Effective Skills for Successful Study
   

What will the course involve?

This course provide students with an introductory foundation for T Levels. The course consist of a minimum of three outcomes that students are expected to be able to demonstrate by the end of the programme, and the knowledge and skills they will need to develop and apply to demonstrate the outcomes. This structure is important to prepare students for the nature of T Levels. 

All students are to develop the knowledge and skills to be able to demonstrate the following three outcomes, by the end of the programme:

• Outcome 1 (O1). Analyse data to meet the requirements of client briefs
• Outcome 2 (O2). Plan for cyber security resilience
• Outcome 3 (O3). Apply coding skills to produce a digital project output

What qualifications will I need?

4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above (including English and maths). If you do not have a grade 4 in English and maths, you will be required to study for this alongside your course.
