Counselling
The Student Counsellor is in College Monday to Thursday and offers confidential support to students for a range of difficulties and concerns. There is a Student Counselling Leaflet with more information here.
Counselling support is given through 1:1 booked sessions for those students who need ongoing help or students can also ‘drop in’ if they have an urgent concern.
The sessions are confidential therefore anything a Student discloses to the Counsellor, will remain confidential unless the Counsellor believes them, or others may be at risk.
The Counsellor works closely with the Safeguarding Team and Wellbeing Officers in order to provide the students with a holistic pastoral approach to supporting them with any issues.
