Brooklands College is keen to work with a wide variety of employers and our students are regularly involved with companies across different industries.

Many placements, projects and part-time jobs have led to full-time jobs. This is one of the reasons why several employers choose to work with Brooklands College every year.
The college facilitates interactions and insight sharing by organising Careers Fairs and guest speaker sessions for our students. This enables employers to meet, teach and inform Brooklands students about their industry, company and the types of roles / careers that are available.
The Careers team can advertise vacancies and work experience opportunities for students on the college intranet. These can be full-time after Easter or part-time throughout the year.
We have a dedicated Jobs Board to promote vacancies from around the local area to our students

The teaching staff also use feedback from employers to shape the curriculum and course content. The aim of this is to ensure learning is as up-to-date and relevant as possible for students and that employers have a pipeline of individuals with appropriate skills. Employers find it useful to understand young people, the local community and to showcase events / projects for marketing purposes.
